Fill out the Direct Deposit Change Notice and Automatic Payment Change Notice and submit them to any company or organization that is depositing or withdrawing funds automatically. You can make copies for your own records, if necessary. To verify the new Collinsville Savings Society account information, send a voided check to the corresponding companies.

Mail the checking account closure notice

Once your Direct Deposit and Automatic Payments begin in your Collinsville Savings Society account, AND you are sure all of your checks have cleared your previous account, complete and mail the Checking Account Closure Notice to your previous institution. Your balance will be sent to your NEW Collinsville Savings Society Account.
